- Ask a health worker about how to prevent pregnancy and have safe sex
- Know that everyone has the right to get sexual and reproductive health care, including comprehensive abortion care (information, management of abortion, and post-abortion care)
- Ask a health worker about any supplements that might be needed to stay healthy
- Ask a health worker for advice and support for managing a disability or special needs
- Seek help from a health worker if feeling very sad, anxious, exhausted, unable to cope or if you have thoughts about harming yourself
- See a health worker for serious injuries or illnesses
